1. What is included in the TV mounting services?

Our TV mounting services include professional installation of your TV, secure wall mounting, and optional cable concealment for a clean, polished look. Depending on the service you choose, some packages may also include a high-quality wall mount and cord concealment.

2. Do I need to purchase the mount separately?

For some of our services, the mount is not included. However, we offer wall mounts ranging from $25-$75 depending on your TV size and preferences. Please contact us for more information on the best mount for your TV.

3. Do you offer cable concealment?

Yes! We offer cable concealment services to ensure your setup looks neat and professional.

4. What is the difference between the Standard, Large, Premium, and Ultimate services?

• Standard & Large TV Mounting: Is our standard installation service and does NOT include the mount.

• Premium & Ultimate TV Mounting: Is our all-inclusive packages that include mount installation, high-quality wall mount, and cord concealment.

5. Do you provide installation for all TV sizes?

Yes! We offer services for TVs of all sizes. Please refer to our product page for specific details on each service based on TV size.

6. What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Springfield, MO and the surrounding areas. Please contact us if you’re unsure whether we service your location.

7. How long will the installation take?

The installation time depends on the service selected and the complexity of your setup. On average, TV mounting takes between 1 to 2 hours.

8. Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll be happy to accommodate your new schedule.

9. Do you offer any guarantees or warranties on your work?

We offer a customer satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with the installation, we’ll work with you to resolve any issues. Some products, such as mounts, may have manufacturer warranties, so please reach out for more details.

10. How do I know which mount is right for my TV?
